Payment methods available include bank transfer and credit card payments. Credit card payments are accepted via Stripe, and we currently support Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping:

Nationwide flat-rate free delivery for orders over ¥30,000 (including tax) within Japan.
Nationwide flat-rate ¥1,000 (including tax) shipping fee for orders under ¥30,000 (including tax) within Japan.

Delivery Method:
Delivery method is determined by our company and generally not subject to customer choice.
Date and time preferences are typically not accommodated.

Delivery Timeframe:
Delivery is typically completed within 2 days (may take 4-5 days in the case of remote islands).
However, this may vary in areas affected by natural disasters or major events. Please understand.

Packaging:
While we take great care to prepare shipments to avoid scratches and dents to the outer box, damage during transport due to potential issues or courier responsibility cannot be completely ruled out.
We kindly request understanding for minor scratches or dents on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product.

Shipping Conditions:
Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Consumption Tax Prices displayed include consumption tax. (Rounded up to the nearest yen for fractions of less than ¥1)
Returns and Refunds -Generally, returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product defects are not accepted.
-For returns or exchanges due to initial defects, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
-Once we confirm the initial defect, please return the product (including the outer box, accessories, enclosed materials, warranty, and instructions) to us within 7 days using collect on delivery. If we have the item in stock, we will replace it with a new one.
-We do not take any responsibility for damages or losses during the return shipment, so please ensure proper packaging.
-Keep the delivery receipt as it serves as the proof of the return acceptance.
-Returns or exchanges are not accepted under the following conditions:
1. Products damaged or soiled at the customer’s location
2. Custom order products
3. Products in the middle of assembly or already assembled
4. If any part of the product (outer box, accessories, enclosed materials, warranty, and instructions) is missing.
5. If more than 7 days have passed since product delivery or if there was no prior contact.
